THE Trustees of the Kirikiriroa Highway District have resolved, in accordance with provision contained in the "Public- Works Act, 1876," to stop the Boads undermentioned, viz. : — A road on the property of Capt. James Piunciman, commencing at a point en the Hamilton -Piako Road, and j passing between Lots 276, 277, and 2/8, on the >orth-rast; and Lots 281, 280, and 279, on the fcouth side. Length, 40 chains. No entry will be recefrod except upon the condition that- all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their dcoission on all points sliaU' be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of osovs., which will bofoi'feited to the Funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
