Waikato Times Office, Wednesday Evenintr. HUNTER AND NOHN?S SECOND WOOL SALE. Messbs Buntcr and Nolan's second wool salo of the teason was held at the Duraham hale Yards yesterday. There was a full attendance of buyers, and, notwithstanding the somewhat unsatisfactory naturo of the laat tebgram from the Homo and Mercantile Agency ot London, the previous prices vrert fully sustained. Wool m grease ranged from B£d to 6sd, the average beirig 7jd aid 7ia ; washed wool also found purchasors at well-sus-tained figures, ranging according to quality from 1 l£d (at which twp parcels of five bales were withdrawn) to 9£d. A large number of lots changed hands- at from 10d$ to 1 0 j-d and lOd. Tho total number of bales Is 156, and with the exception of the two lotH already referred to, the whole of the lots wore clearod at prices apparently satisfactory to the owners. After tjie wool sale a number of bags of lock* and piecM were offered and purchased at fair prices.
