No entry will be recened except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decission on all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 3sovs., which will be forfeitedto the Funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
