No entrance will be received after the time specified. Handicap for Bailway Plate to be declared on Saturday, the 23rd November. All entries for Cavalry Races to be forwarded to Secretary W.T. Club, on or before Saturday, 23rd November, at 8 p.m. All protests during the meeting must bo accompanied with a deposit of 3 soys., which will bo liable to forfeiture should tho Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
