THE SYDNEY BUSRANGERS.
(by telegraph, own correspondent.) Sydney, November 1 26, The bushrangers arrived at the station. The crowd was so great that the police were afraid fop the safety of the prisoners. The police were cheered, and there were loud cries of "Lynch them" from the po/ulace. The ruffian Moonlight saic \" Give me a rifle, and see who will Vnch me." , Moonlight arrived m Auckland m the Black Eagle m November 1861.
Three children at Bowenfell went out ahoptin^. TJie youngest^ aged
four years, dawdled behind, and the eldest, aged eight years, deliberately shot him, stripped, and hid his body, imposing silence on his sister who was present.
