London, November 22. A turbulent meeting -has been held m the Rotunda, Dublin. A thousand were unable to gain admission. Mr Grain presidod. Mt Parnell'a and other speeches were moderate. Afterwards the mob drew P&rnell's carriage to his hotel. He spoke from 'the balcony m stronger language. The ' Central News' asserts that the Fenians. in New York have prepared two steamers, with arms and ammunition, to land m Ireland and to assist the intended rising. It is intended to indict Davitt, Keillor and Daly, for conspiracy m the Irish agitation' Recently it. was confined, *Q
M»yo and Sligo, now it hna spread. The Press are almost unanimous m their approval. Probably the Government can assist the immigration of a cci tain class. Reinforcements are ordered to be m readineas.
