The dragoons have been ordered to Ireland. The position of affairs m Transvaal is improving. Sir Garnet "VVolesley is prepariug to storm Secocoeni's stronghold. The ex-Empress Eugenic is at present travelling m France. Her mother the Countess Montijos, is dying at Madrid.
