CAPTAIN MOONLIGHT'S GANG.
Sydney, November 19. Captain Moonlight was training his gang for a career. Ho' says ho intended to bail up the Gundagi bank but the crew commenced drinking* at the Natabadgery Hotel nnd spoile i the game. At the station he prepared to hang the overseer for re. fusing rations. He got a rope, and ordered the gang to put Barnes m a boggy and drive to the first con- , renieat branch and leave him suspended. The women's shrieks prevented its accomplishment. At the hat' where the final combat took place the owner and his wife were inside when it commenced. The .owner jumped underground at the dairy,. The bushrangers prevented his wiie going, saying the police would cease firing when, they discovered her presence. She got np a stone chimney. The gang fought with utmost detirmination. ■
