Horrible Murder and Suicide.

(by telegraph, own correspondent.) Wellington Last night. Rodolph Miller, about 18 years old, is supposed to have killed his father and mother and then himself. It is supposed that the gun was first discharged at the old man, and then he. was struck with it. Young Miller was found on the back door steps, on his back, with his throat also cut from ear to ear.

The father and mother's throats were Giifc with a blunt carving- knife found beside the body of their son, The room was full of powder smoke when the people entered.

Miller waa over CO years, and had been many years bank« manager m New South Wales and Wellington, He was lately m the Government Insurance Department. His only sons here were two, the one found dead, and another brother,^ both of whom were apprentices at Mill's foundry.

There is insanicy m the family, another son haying recently comitted suicide at Greymoath.
