No entrance will be received after the time specified. Handicap for Railway Plate to be declared on Saturday, the 23rd November. All entries for Cavalry Races to be forwarded to Secretary W.T. Club, on or before Saturday, 23rd November, at 8 p.m. All protests during the meeting 1 must be accompanied with a deposit of 3 sovs., which will be liable to forfeiture should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
