Ihe R mgiaohia High wav rustees have reason to be pleased with the completion and workmanship of that fine, large, substantial structure the Te' k wamutu bridge, which I learn is to be handed over by its enterprising contractor, Mr Briton, to tho District Hoard on Friday next. The occasion, I am given to understand, is to be marked by the Trustees by a complimentary diuner t . Mr Briton. he Te wamutu Cavalry Troop are now out for their half-yearly training. The hor*,( s look fre li and m excellent condition . The town ship has quite a gay and martial appearance. The band of tha troop, under the leadership of Mr •iibk-y, is makiug rapid progress.
