HAMILTON POLICE COURT.

Friday, 27th October. (Before H. W. Northoroft, Esq., K.M.) DRUNKENNESS. John Cunningham pleaded guilty to the above offence, asd was fined 5s and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment. The same prisoner was charged with bad behavior m a public place, whereby a breaoh of the peace was occasioned. To this charge he also pleaded guilty. Constable Murray said he knew the prisoner for a long time and it was his first offence. Fined 10s and costs, m default, 48 hours' imprisonment.
