Last Night. In the House this afternoon, at the request of the Premier, the Government bills were postponed, Mr Hall promising to announce to-mor-row the course Government will take regarding the vote of want-of-con-fidence motion. The letter received by yesterday's mail, from a member of the Lincolnshire Farmers' Association, says : — " Foster, of Ludborough, and Grant, of Alford, are coming to New Zealand to be at your harvest, to spy the country. If they think it good for farmers, six hundred have signed their hands to buy thousands of cares, and are coming to farm."
