* THAMES, Tuesday. A rumour is circidating here, on good authority, that the Ngatihakos have intimated that they will not allow any vessels to pass up and down the Waihou River. Taipari has gone over to tho Piako, to warn the natives of that district of the consequences of joining the Ngatiliako.
