TURKEY REMONSTRANT.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 10. The commander of the Turkish .army, at Noyi Bazar, formally protested against
the Austrian occupation, though he, abstained from using force to -resist. LONDON, September 13. , The rebellion in Afghanistan is spreading 1 amongst the tribes. General Roberts telegraphs that he doubts the possibility of troops making a dash at Cabul.
