Isr Bankruptcy. Orders for discharge were granted m the oase of Samuel Short, Maddisvan and Miller, John J. Howe, and Geo. Mann. J udgmenta wore confessed m five oases. Two cases were withdrawn. Creagh v. Pahoi.— Judgment for plaintiff. Jas. Hally v. Hste te W^aharoa.— Judgment for pla.inti£f. Bar^w v. Mr Hay for plaintiff Mr O'Neill for defendant. Adjourned imtil next Court day. "W. Reed v. Moon. —Mr Hay for plaintiff, Mr O'Neill for defendant. Plaintiff took a nonsuit, with, costs, £9 Os.
