LONDON, August 22. The latest news from the Cape statea that Sir Garnet Wolseley arrived at Rorke's Drift on August 3rd, joining the. second column, under Colonel Baker. The first column, under the command of Colonel Russel, had previously arrived. Both forces were to rendezvous at Magintum. Cetewayo had not surrended, and was at a military kraal north of Blaok TJmvolosie river, with only a small following. LONDON, August 22. Sir Garnet Wolseley is advancing on Cetewayo, who is inclined to come to terms, if his deposition ia not insisted 1 upon.
