[heuter's special cablegrams.] NEW SOUTH WALES. SYDNEY, July 30. Since the publication of the Archbishop's pastoral, nearly 1100 Catholic children have been withdrawn from the Sydney pnblic schools. The pastoral states that no confessor can absolve parents willing to expose their children's souls to the blighting influences of an alien crosd or the secularist; system. Insensibility then took place as she was being placed m a cab, When she awoke, she was- in a boat at sea. He struck afc, I and missed her, and fell overboard. She herself was found insensible on the beach, but there were no signs of the boat or the man.
