THE ZULU WAR EXPENSES.
LONDON, July 31. A supplementary army estimate has been tabled for the Zulu War for .£3,000,000 converting the surplus shown m the Budget into a deficit of £1,163,000, which the South' African Colonies are to reimburse. The deficit is proposed to be met by Treasury bonds.
