Total new taxes, £308,194. These include 25 per cent, ad valorem on apparel, manufactured metals, and wooden ware; wine, 6j per gallon ; rice. 6J per lOOlbs. ; barley' 2s per lOOlbs.; malt, 3s per bushel; hops, Qd per lb.
