LONDON, July 26. The following vessels have left, with immigrants : —Zealandia, for Wellington, with 34G , Rangitikei, for Lyttelton, with 335 ; Invercargill, for Port Chalmers, with 259. LONDON, July 29. The European Telegraph Conference has terminated. A wordrate is introduced throughout Europe. Proper names are disallowed as code words. In figure groups, three figures are allowed instead of five. The alterations commence in April next.
