DESTRUCTIVE CYCLONE AT BRISBANE.
BRISBANE, June 27. A most destructive cyclone oc onrred here on Tuesday. A number of houses were unroofed, and great damage was done to the Botanical Gardens. Heavy floods occurred at the Darling Downs. MELBOURNE, June 28. It is believed that tbe Kellys were seen at Corawa on Thursday night, where five men, shewing police uniform under plain clothes, who were masquerading m the township, aroused suspicion. They left m the direction of Urana. The police have started, m pursuit. BRISBANE, June 28. The Chamber of Commerce have resolved to reoommend the Government <to join Victoria m the fortnightly Suez mail service, and abandon the Torres Straics route. The Hon. W. Griffiths, AttorneyGeneral, has declined the appointment of Puisne Judge.
