[rEUTER's SPECIA.L CABLEGaAMS.j LONDON, June 2%. The Khedive of Egypt is to receive a pension of i>50,000 a-year, A great fire has occurred at Slislan, Russia. The place is completely destroyed. LONDON, June 25. In consequence of the notice served on the Khevide of Egypt by the Great Powers, giving him the option of abdocating or beinoforced from his office, the Khedive resolved to proceed to Constantinople. Prince Mohamed Tewfik, his son, has been appointed regent m charge during his absence. The appointment is nominally only a temporary one, but it is believed it is really intended to be permanent.
