WHATAWHATA ROAD.
Sm, — I would -wish to call the attention of the Hamilton Highway District Board to the extremely, dangerous state of the first embankment on the Hamilton-Whata-whata road past Hands' corner. Consequent on some good engineering, the pipes are stopped and the water having damned up has worn a holo iix the bank, there being last night only 3 f cot of aolidi
ground left. A serious accident may result if this is not seen to.— l am, &c, "Traveller.
