Meadow hay, from 4s 6d to ss; oaten, from 03 to da 6d; chaff, 4s 9d to 5s 3d the owt. iiorse stock was offered m less numbers than for some weeks past. Heavy draught v colts brought from £25 to £30 each ; horses, from £25 to £47 ; light harness and medium' draught, from £18 | to £26, and roadsters, from £9 to £22 ; weeds, from £2 5s and upwards. At the hide and skin sale, on Tuesday, good prices were obtained. For light weights, 2£d ; sound and heavy hides, 3d to 3§d the Ib. Sheepskins m large numbers, from lid to Is lOd each. At Bemuera, on Thursday, store cattle m fresh condition and well-bred , steers m good inquiry ; if m low condition, dull of sale. Fat cattle m full supply ; 140 head sold ; prices irregular, best quality ruled 1 at 30s the lOOlbs. Sheep were m short I supply, and a slight advance was obtained ; small-sized wethers brought 2*d«; ewes, 2dthelb. MESSES HUNTER AND NOLAN' S W EEKLY BEPOBT. Horses. — We quote: Hacks, from £7 10g to £25 ; light horses, £18 tb £30 10s ; draught, £33 to £46. Cattlo. — We quote: Dairy cows, from £9 to £12 10s; dry cows, from £4 12s 6d to £6 ss; calves, from £1 15s to £2 17s 6d; yearlings, from £2 17s 6d to £3 10s ; two-year-olji steers, from £4 to £5 J7s 6d ; three-year-olds, £5 10s to £7. Beef, 28s to 32s per lOOlbs. Sheep. — The Newmarket yards were well filled on Tuesday. There was a good attendance of buyers, and prices were considerablyin fayour of the vendor, as compared with last week.
