THE MIMES' ON THE ZFLTT WAR.
ENTHUSIASM AT THE CAPE. ADELAIDE, May 16. [reuter's telegrams.] The 'Times,' m a leading article, announces the result of Sir Charles Dilke'a motion m reference to the Zulu war to be a significant warning to the Government, and states that a corresponding feeling of disappointment exists throughout the country, which it is impossibble.to disregard. An enthusiastic meeting has been held at Cape Town, which endorsed the policy of Sir Bartle Frere.
