LONDON, May 15. Cape news which has been received to the 29th April states thab no military movement has yeb taken place. A late meeting of Boers on their, seperation, entrusted the Governor and High Commissioner with a memorial to the Queen, favoring, a declaration of their independence, to which Sir Bartle Frere refused his support.
