HAMILTON BOROUGH. COUNCIL ELECTION.
The Election of a Councillor to fill the seat vacated by Mr N. R. Cox, takes place to-day. i The contest it wiR be seen is now narrowed to one between Mr. J. K. McDonald and Mr Vialou, the third candidate Mr Coates having withdrawn. The voting will be by ballot, and take place at the Council Chambers between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
