. HOSTILE ACTION OF THE BOERS. LONDON, April 22. CAPE TOWN, April 8. Lord Chelmsford's camp at Gringola»'a was repeatedly attacked by 11,000 Zulus at daybreak on the 3rd. The attacks were repulsed with be ivy loss. Lord Chelmsford relieved Ekowe on the night of the 4th. The total British loss was 220. Ekowe is now evacuated. Colonel Pearson is now returning to tho Tugela.
