LONDON, April 5. Advices have been received from the Cape to March 18th. Oham, Cetewayo's brother, and a supposed aspiraut to the throne, Ohama's son, and 300 Zulus have surrendered unconditionally. . fo important movement has been made. Colonel Law commands the force for the relief of Colonial Pearson at Ekowe. A large number of Zulus surround Ekowe. The gairison is well but short of provisions. The 57th infantry regiment are marching to Tugela. The 91st aad 6 16th infantry regiments and a British battery has arrivwd. ■.*
