THE HAMILTON RAILWAY EXTENSION.
Sib, — As the branch line into Hamilton is now commenced, allow me to ask through your columns whether the terms of the contract provide for fencing the line. Coming as it does right into the township, I do think that, between the station and the enclosed land outside the town belt, the line should be fenced on both sides, as not only the cattle of the burgesses but even their children may be m continual danger. — 1 am, &c, BuacffiSs.
