Sik, —l was much surprised at seeing, iu youv last issue, a whole column being devoted to Mr McMinn's effusions ou the Te Rore bridge, and his own opinion on thp conduct of meetings. Now, air, if he ha4 spent half the ink in giving an account of his ideas in reference to the " Curtis Bill," it would have been moro to. tho purpose at the present time. Who cares about Harapope or its inhabitants at this end of the county, or where they have their bridge. Perhaps you could prevail on Mr McMinn to call a meeting of his constituents at some early date, in order that we may have his opinion on tho allabsorbing topic ot the day, —l am, &c. Snooks.
