[reuter's special cablegrams.] SYDNEY, March 20. A clause has been added to the Chinese Immigration Bill disqualifying Chinese from holding land in the colony. The non-acceptors for the Sydney Cup are : — Archer, Secundus, Firebell, Swiveller, Felix, Ethel, Apology, Kingfisher, Jasper, Timothy, Aconite, Despatch, Cherub, Waxy, Premier, Novis, Strathern, Sir Andrew, Viscount, Expectation, Bur wood, Braidwood, Orator, Bedouin, Rosebury, Sweetmeat, King, Columbus, and the Hook.
SYDNEY, Thursdy. The great prize fight is concluded. The police dodged, and it is beleived they winked at tha afiair.
Foley defeated the Victorian Hicken in a severe fight. Hicken was unable to reach Foley's face, and suffered awfully. Tho sum of £4,000 changed hands on the fight.
