THE QUEEN'S MESSAGE OF CONFIDENCE IN LORD CHELMSFORD.
LONDON, March 18. The Secretary of State for War, in reply to a question, said he had forwarded the Queen's message expressing confidence in Lord Chelmsford without consulting his colleagues.
