LONDON, February 16. The latest Cape news states that a force under Colonel Pearson is safely established at Ekope. There are now no hostile Zulus m the Colony of Natal. LONDON, February 17. A Home Ruler candidate has been elected by a large majority for Cork, m room of the deceased member. Lord Napier of Magdala has been summone v dhome from Gibralter and arrived m London to day.
TREATY OF PEACE.
St. PETERSBURG, Feb. 15 The Czar has issued a manifesto, ratifying the definitive RussoTurkish treaty of peace, which was signed at Constantinople on the Bih. The withdrawal of the Russian troops from the Turkish territory has commenced.
