TREATY OF PEACE BETWEEN RUSSIA AND TURKEY.

CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 10.

The Russian Ambassador to the Porte and the Turkish Minister of of Foreign Affair.s signed, definitely, the Russo-Turkish treaty of Peace this evening. The treaty provided that the Russian evacuation of Turkish territory shall bearin to-morrow and terminate on the 16ih of March. Podgoritza is to be delivered to Montenegro. The treaty provides for an indemnity of three hundred million roubles, the payment of which is to be arranged.
