Examination for the Certificate of the lowest class '(E),' and, if necessary, for oertitioates of higher Classes, shall be held; in the fourth week in March, 1879. Candidates for any Glass must forward, in writing not latjsb than" the tiest January next, to the ! Minister of Education, Wellington, the following information :—-'" (1) A statement of their intention to present themselves for examination for the class (naming it) j (2) Two. or more testimonials as to their charabteiv; .
