This Company is projected tor the purpose of acquiring the well-known Wholesale Drug aucl Geucral Business now and for many yeara successfully conducted by Meesra. Tho lirm agrees to ta'.e shares to the value of £50,01)0 fully paid-up (nnlusive of 3750 shared allowed for the goodwill of tho busin'S*). Tho Puuedio and Branch Houses are in full and cornpleto working order, with good & tool: s, and all nects«ary appliances for carrying oil an extensive trade. Messrs T. W. Hentor, who have been for many years in the service of the firm, and who are thoroughly competent and experienced men of busiues'. The branches were establMied with a view to Beeiire the local and general business of the firm's ordinary customers, and especially of the Chemists and Brugqista throughout the colony—objects which have been satisfactorily a'tuned. The Factory at Bauedin is managed by a duly qualified Manufacturing (Jhemis; of ex r .enHi7e Earopeau and Colonial experience. The Steam Plant which is well worthy of iuspoetiou, is of the very best class, with the mo it approved dm.-grinding mills, and all modern appliances for the manufacture of chemical aud pharmaceutical preparations.
