Contracts .von No 1 Portion. ■•■■* : 2000 ACRES to be Ploughed not less than,four, inches deep ;. to be Harrowed three times. .Ploughing must commence not later than December 9, 1878, and the whole work must be completed not later than Feb. 28, 1879, or 10 per cent of, value of work done will toe forfeited. One half of each portion contracted for: must be finished before January 19, 1879 ; in default, such contract will to terminated and re-let.

■ Contracts for No 2 Portion. •1000 ACRES of Clover, Land to be twice Ploughed. ,Fi.e3T Ploughing to be thin furrowed, to commence not later than March 1, 1679, and to be finished not later than April 15, 1879. _ Second Ploughing, not less than five inches deep, to commence on April 15, and to be finished not latior than June l; 1879, < or 10 per cent of value of work done will be forfeited and contract terminated andre-let. ; All Furrows in Contracts Nos 1 and 2 must be clean cut and well turned over. Only Double-furrow Ploughs to : be used.
