ST. PETERSBURGH, Oct. 28. Russia disclaims any connivance with the insurrectionary movement in Macedonia. An official Austrian Gazette announces that the object of the rising is the extension of Bulgaria I to Aieraan. The Begum of Bhapal has offered to arm her troops in aid of the Indian Government. The whotajbf the Bhapal battalions volunteered for- service anywhere they may be sent. The English Cabinet resolved on a vigorous policy. ■
