Fibth, at Mat aiuta, under the following conditions, tie. : The Land will be Cleared ready for Ploughing. Plonghing to be not lees than four inches deep; farrows to bo clean oat and well turned oror. To be well Harrowed three timer. The proprietor will provide Harrow*, together with pasture for Three Horses for each Double-farrow Plough or Set of Harrows worked. One extra Horse to each Team of three will be allowed to run at grass free. Grazing of every Horse beyond that allowance will be charged for. Ploughing must commence not later than December 1,1878, and the work must be completed in a woikroanlike manner to Mr Cawkwell's satisfaction, not later than February 28,1879. No Tender will bo accepted for l<M than 250 Acre*, and not less than two Doablefurrow Ploughs must be kept »t work for each 250 Atcs. Seventy-five per cent, will he paid as the Mork proceeds.
