PLOUGHING. ENDERS are required for Ploughing and Harrowing 2.00 Acres of Land, (for Mr J. C. Fibth, at Matamata, under the following conditions, viz. : Tho Land will be Cleared ready for Ploughing. Ploughing to be noc less than four inches deep; furrows to be clean cut and well turned over. To be well Harrowed three times. The proprietor will provide Harrows, together | with pasture for Three Horses for each Double-furrow Plough or Set of Harrows worked. One extra Horse to each Team of three will be allowed to run at grass free. Grazing of every Horse beyond that allowance will be charged for. Ploughing mnst commence not later than December 1, 1878, and the work must be completed in a workmanlike manner to Mr Cawk well's saisfaction, not later than Febiuary2B, 1879. No Tender will bo accepted for less than 250 Acres, and not less than two Doubicfurrow Ploughs must be kept bt work for each 250 Seventy-five por cent, will be paid as the work proceeds. Onehalf of each Contract must be finished before January 15, 1879 ; in default, the Contract will be terminated, and Be let. If any Contract be not completed on February 28, 1879, ten per cent, of total amount of Contract will be forfeited. Mr Cawkwell will point out the ground. Any person mho considers himself aggrieved, may apply for relief to the Resident Magistrates Court, up to 12 o'clock noon, November sth. Such application will be heard, at the Alexandra Court House, for the Ridings of Mangapiko, Rangiaohia, and Tuhikaramea; at Hamilton Court House, for the Ricungs of Hamilton and Pukekura; and at the Ngatuawahia Court House, for the Riding of Newcastle, on an after November sth.
