THE following tenders will be received up till SATURDAY, 26th October, at noon : — 1. For reforming the Road from the top of the Gorge to the end of Mr Bmnskill's. 2. For forming the Road from the corner of the Gorton Estate to the Confiscated Bonndary. 3. For re-formimg the Road from the foot of Mr Norris's hill to Bridgewater. . 4. For Gravelling the above Sections at per cubic yard ; the spreading to be done by the Board. Intending Contractors will meet at 11 a.m., on Saturday, 12 hh October, at the top of the Gorge, when the Gravel Pits will be pointed out, and any farther particulars given. R. HENRY D. TENDERS are required for the following works : — Contract No. I—Gravelling1 — Gravelling and forming 90 chain, more or less, of main road between Piako and Waitoa, rbout seventy yards to the chain. Contract No. 2— Gravelling 15 chains of main road between Waitoa and Waihou rivers. Contract No. 3— Deepening about 100 chains of present ditch, and digging new ditch 6x5x4 also filling up small drain and forming road between Waitoa and Waihou rivers. Contract No. 4 - Digging two ditohes and forming about 10 chains of road close to Waihou river. Specifications may be seen for contract No. 1 at Messrs J. & C. Gould's station, and for contract i*os. 2, 3, and 4, at M es3tß. Campbell Bros., Waitoa Teuders to be sent m not later than Thursday, 7th November, to be adi dressed to W. P.
