In pursuance of Beotion 349, of part 12, of the Municipal Corportiuhs Aot, 1876, tbe Ooaniil of the Borough of Hamilton ordain bb follows, that is to say : it shall be lawful for any Ratepayer to depasture Horses and Cattle on the Waste Lands of the Borough, between the hours of sunrise andi sunset oa the payment of a fee of Five Shillngs per head per annum The number of Cattle and Horseß each Ratepayer is allowed to depasture shall be according to the following scale, viz : Persons liable for , Sates amounting from Two Shillings and Sixpence to Ten Shillings : Two head ; overT^n Shillings, and under Twenty Shillings : Three Head ; over Twenty Sbillii gs, and under Thirty Shillings: Four Head; Thirty Shdliugs and upwards : Five HeadThat beiog the limi of the number of Animals, < attle and orses inouded. All persons depasturing Cattle or Hors> s, as above, shall give the pr< per description of the Marks, Brands, &c, of eaoh animal.
