AT a Special Meeting of the Waipa , County Council, (held at Ohaupo, on Monday, the 23rd day of September, 1878, the Council, by /Special Order, resolved to alter the Numlber of Ridings by creating a New Riding, comprising the present Highway District of Tuhikaramea, and severing that District from the Mangapiko Riding. Ip was further resolved, %j Special Order,' that the jSew Riding do Return One Member, to the Council.
