SiR, — Having taken an active part m conducting the several questions of interest relating to the Borough, lest such action should bo construed to a de.rire on my part to influence the coming Mayoral Election, I take this early opportunity of informing the Burgesses that I shall not do myself the honor of appealing to them as a candidate for that office. — I am, &c, Albebt IferrEß.
