[SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY.] LONDON, September 21. The Nihilists occasion serious uneasiness. ' A Russian plot was discovered to break into prison and free Nihilists. Numerous arrests were made. The Russians evaluated San Stefino to-day, and the Turks occupy it to-morrow. Turkey is willing to accede to Greece several islands m the Aarchepelago, but no main land. The money market is easier. The Bank minimum is unchanged. The bank reserve is m a satisfactory position. The stock market is stagnant. The market for Australian secuities is slowly recovering from the late prostration. . At the. wool sales the attendance and competition were better. The withdrawals to date are 18,000 bales The series close on the 7th October. The wheat crop is not so large as anticipated.
