LONDON. August 26. Yellow fever is spreading in America. A revolution broke out in San Djruingo. The ' Cannorand,' warship, sailed from Spit head for Australia. A leader iu the ' Times ' referring to the quarrels in the Victoria n Legislature, strongly recommends an appeal to Downing-streer. It recommends the settlement of questions by a joint vote of the two Houses, and remarks that the Cmncil has hitherto exhibited respect for order and sound constitutional law.
