where a sum of money was dtawn from the amount duo to a contractor by one of the Board, without even the sanction, ot the party to whom the Board was indebted—the other, where the amount of wages due was paid only in part, adeduction of the remainder, by consent, being stopped for a firm with which one of the Board was connected.—l am, &c, ANMJobbery Hamilton, August 27,1878.
