We beg to state such was not the fact, as a resolution that the use of the school-room be given for that purpose — was carried by a majority of ; ithe Committee, with that the proceeds 'be given for school' purposes. However, Mr Cox did not accept the. offer, and thereby results the loss, if loss there be. And as to our objection to its feeing ( so used, clause 27 o,f the Educatibu Act will explain.'
